What our students say...

My experiences at the campus healthcare facility have always been equal to or better than my health care experiences outside of campus.

The LGBTQ Task Force
The RPI campus and surrounding community provide a variety of resources for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, and ally community.  RPI formally supports LGBTQ issues through its “LGBTQ Task Force”, a group of students, staff and faculty who are charged with supporting and improving the campus climate for the LGBTQ community.

Part of the mission of the LGBTQ Task Force is to ensure that all students at RPI have the right to safety and the expectation of safety in their personal identity and the expression of that identity, whatever it may be, within the bounds of both the law and mutual respect for the differences of other members of the Institute.

Below is a listing of on- and off-campus resources, support services, and programs.  Please note this list of resources is not extensive, and can be added to or edited at any time by the LGBTQ Task Force.  Should you have question and/or concerns as it relates to the resources below or any other general questions, please contact the LGBTQ Task Force Chair, Tara Schuster from our contact us page (*choose Health Education as the subject line).
